How to Reserve a unit?
Reserve a unit in just few easy steps.
Here's the instruction once you're ready to reserve the unit:
1. Request for Reservation and Offer to Purchased
2. Filled- up Buyers Information Sheet
3. Specimen Signature Form
4. Provide a Passport ID / Any Primary Government ID
5. Reservation Fee: PHP 50,000 / 60,000 / 70,000 ONLY / per unit
STEP 1: REQUEST FOR RESERVATION AND OFFER TO PURCHASE (RROP)
This will serve as you initial legal documents while we are waiting for your official legal document which is the Contract to Buy and Sell. This is consist of 2 pages indicating payment terms and the agreed total contract price. Whoever indicated in this RROP will also be included in the Contract to Buy and Sell.
STEP 2: BUYER'S INFORMATION SHEET
This the Buyer's Information Sheet this will provides your basic information and legal documents for your records and for future reference.
For married couple they can share one Buyer's Information Sheet.
STEP 3: SPECIMEN SIGNATURE FORM
The Specimen Signature Form is another requirement to solidify our documentation the principal buyer needs to sign 3 consistent signature on the left side.
For married couple they can share 1 Specimen Signature Form. They must sign 3 consistent signatures.
Note that their signature should be matching with the Identification Cards provided.
STEP 4: PASSPORT ID / VALID IDs
Any primary government ID is acceptable as long it has signature and Birth Date.
Make sure the ID signature is same as your other legal documents
STEP 5: RESERVATION FEE
This is payable to reserve and secure the unit on that day. This is deductible to the Total Contract Price.

Park Mckinley West - Php 60,000.00 / unit
Uptown Arts Residence - Php 60,000.00 / unit
Uptown Modern - Php 70,000.00 / unit
